The reason this product was given a 3 is not because of its performance but because of some literature glitches and what was given in its description prior to buying. No where prior to me purchasing the oven was there anything said about not being able to use the product under an upper cabinet. Since I have no other place to put the oven, we have had to pull the oven to the very front of the counter and there is an inch strip of cabinet that is one inch closer than the literature recommends.
There is a discrepancy in the instructions over aluminum foil. One place says never us it and another says to line the baking pan with foil. I thought because it was a convection oven that I could bake on both shelves and have success. The instructions tell me to bake a nine inch cake layer one pan at a time. This is disappointing and confusing. For the things I have used the oven to prepare I have been pleased. This is not an oven in a home where there are young children since it gets hot enough to fry eggs on the sides and top of the oven. I would have preferred to have a bit bigger unit with better insulation (even at a higher price) so that the chance of burns would have been reduced.
