This is a good pan for double lasagna, double ziti, and if you buy a rack separately is also great for a large chicken or medium size 12 pound turkey or a turkey breast.

Excellent size for the professional cook. Non-stick is very helpful. As warned by the manufacturer, do not cut foods in the pan and do not use abrasive cleaning products on the pan. It can be easily damaged, if proper cleaning instructions are not followed.

I have usually needed to make two 9X13 pans of lasagna, but was able to combine my ingredients into this pan for one amazing lasagna. It looked great, and tasted better. I was a little worried about taking a full, hot lasagna out of the oven with this pan because it doesn't have handles, but had no problem. The pan was super easy to clean as well.
