This 13" grill pan works as good as it's advertised - the new non-stick coating cleans up easily and still does a great job with grill marks! Pre-heating on a low to medium burner setting is important to heat the pan evenly and not have hot and cold spots. Cooks with no smoke so I don't mind grilling with this Calphalon grill pan. Would recommend pan to others without hesitation.

I HAVEN'T CLEANED IT IN THE DISWASHER YET, BUT THE PAN IS EVERYTHING THAT IT IS CLAIMED TO BE.THE HEAT IS CONDUCTED EVENLY, CLEANS EASILY. LOVE IT.

I just love my nonstick round grill pan. I have used it to cook bacon & sausage. I'm in Weight Watchers so I'm watching my fat intake & this pan is just the thing. Since I live alone & I don't cook very often for many people, this size is good & I don't have to use the heavy stove top grill/griddle. This pan cleans up great. Would recommend this to everyone who has a fat restricted diet. Love it for chops too.
