Beginning at 12:01 a.m. PST on February 4, 2010 until Midnight PST on March 31^st, 2010 (Promotion Period”), you may enter the Sweepstakes at Kraftstore.com.

To register for the Sweepstakes online, access the Kraftstore.com home page at www.Kraftstore.com/ and click on the Sweepstakes link.

Subscribe to the Kraftstore.com Shopping News newsletter and follow the directions to submit your entry. Any consumer who has subscribed to this newsletter during the promotion period and prior to the drawing date for this Sweepstakes will be automatically entered in this Sweepstakes. ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY midnight PST on March 31^st, 2010.  Limit one entry per person, email address or household during the Promotion Period.

Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, stolen, illegible, misdirected, damaged or mutilated entries. False and/or deceptive acts by entrants will also result in disqualification. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Any information collected by registering to enter the Sweepstakes shall be used only in a manner consistent with these Official Rules. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of these Official Rules.

ELIGIBILITY:

By submitting your entry online you affirm and represent that you are complying with all the rules and regulations of the promotion as set forth here in the complete official rules and have committed no fraud or deception in entering the Promotion or in claiming any prize should you be selected as a winner.

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia only, who are 18 years of age or older as of February 4^th, 2010. Entrants may qualify to win more than one prize if the promotion includes weekly or daily giveaways.

Void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law, or in jurisdictions requiring registration. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Employees, officers or directors of Kraftstore.com respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent and related companies, agencies, and individuals living in the same household (whether or not related) or immediate families (spouses, parents, children and siblings, regardless of where they live) of such employees, officers and directors are not eligible. All taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (ARV):

One (1) winner will win $250 gift certificate to KraftStore.com. Any unused balance on the gift certificates will be available for future purchases under the same gift certificate number. The balance of the order total must be paid for with the recipient’s credit card. Gift certificates are not refundable and cannot be used to purchase other certificates. Cannot be applied to previous purchases or Canada orders.Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the Grand Prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason. Taxes, gratuities and other expenses not specifically identified in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of the Grand prize winners. No transfer or substitution for the prize allowed except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

SELECTION OF WINNER:

The grand prize winner will be selected from all eligible entries in a random drawing no later than April 15^th, 2010. The total number of eligible entries received for the Sweepstakes determines the odds of winning. Grand Prize Winner will be notified by email on or about April 15^th, 2010. If a prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable for any reason, the prize maybe awarded to an alternate winner. If an alternate winner selection is conducted, it will be done in a subsequent random drawing from among all eligible entries. All federal, state and local tax liabilities, if any, are the responsibility of the winner.

Acceptance of the prize or parts thereof constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use the winner’s name, likeness, and statements for publicity purposes without additional compensation or limitation.

By entering this promotion, you agree and hold Kraftstore.com any and all sponsors and promotional partners, together with their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies and their respective directors, officers, shareholders, employees, licensees and assigns, harmless against any and all liability for any claims, injuries, loss or damage of any kind whatsoever resulting from my winning, acceptance of or use of the prize/s you receive in connection with this promotion. You also agree that this is a complete RELEASE and DISCHARGE of all claims and rights against the aforementioned parties to be released, and that no action will be taken by me or on behalf of me with respect to any such rights, it being understood that this release shall be binding upon my heirs, executors, and administrators.

Kraftstore.com is not bound to replace any lost or stolen prize items. Any expenses not specifically stated are the sole responsibility of the winner.

By entering this promotion, you acknowledge that Kraftstore.com, nor any of its sponsors, partners, or agencies has arranged for or carries insurance of any kind for your benefit or that of your heirs, executors and administrators relative to use of the prize/s. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for obtaining and paying for any life, travel, accident, property or other insurance relative to your use of the prize.
